The club is open and operating 24hr. Our New manned hours are between 7am and 9pm Monday-Thursday,8am and 6pm on Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturday. We are unmanned on a Sunday starting from 1st March.

Our aim is to bring 24 hour unlimited access fitness and fantastic value to all of our members.

Gym Membership costs just £17.95 per month with a contract

or £19.95 per month with no contract.
